Remember - ignorance of the rules does not exempt one from liability!

PENALTIES

Every time you break rules, the penalty time doubles!
Admins have the right to apply penalties differently depending on the situation.

1.1 Minor offenses like micspam, chatspam, offensive language, and nicknames/clantags
Possible punishments:
 • Name change
 • Slay/Kick
 • Gag/Mute for 10 minutes
 • Gag/Mute for 30-60 minutes
 • Gag/Mute for 120-2880 minutes (2880 = 2 days)
 • Ban up to 2 weeks (for the worst offenders)

1.2 Advertising/game-breaking offenses like cheats, scripts and exploits
Possible punishments:
 • Advertising/bug abuse - Ban for 1 week up to 1 month
 • Cheats/exploits/hacks/scripts - Permanent ban

GENERAL RULES

•Don't share any information that could possibly let others discover a player's real-life personal information.
This includes sharing social media profile links, names, or naming family members, etc.

•Treat all players with respect. No harassment, racism, discrimination, or offensive language will be tolerated.

•Refrain from using Clan Tags that contain offensive language.

•Cheating, scripting or using hacks is strictly prohibited. Players caught will be permanently banned.

•Avoid camping excessively. Intentional disruption of the game, trolling, monitoring, or griefing is prohibited.

•Avoid spamming the chat or promoting external products/services. This includes links to other websites & server IP addreses.

•Follow the instructions of the server administrators. Ignoring or arguing with admins may result in disciplinary action.

•Don't exploit map glitches, bugs, server plugin issues, or any unintended features. Report any issues to admins.

•Keep the language clean and appropriate. Excessive swearing or offensive language is prohibited.

•Don't intentionally cause server lag or disruptions. This includes excessive sprays or other unnecessary actions.

•Report any rule violations to the server administrators with evidence whenever possible.

•Remember that the primary goal is to have fun. Enjoy the game and contribute to a positive gaming community.

SPECIAL/SPECIFIC RULES

•Your nickname mustn't contain offensive language, must be at least 3 characters long, and can't be similar to other players' names.

•If there are fewer than 5 CTs in the team, the Admin has the right to determine the site that can be played.
For example, A ONLY with 4 CTs and 3 Ts in the server.

NOTE

It's going to be your own fault if you get banned or muted by accident due to special characters/symbols in your nickname!
If you have any special characters/symbols in your nickname, we encourage you not to use them - they may lead to confusion or faulty user saves on our database which we will not fix, resulting in unsaved data.

• All nicknames on the server/forum/discord must be the same to avoid false accusations and make it easier to find an admin.

• Ban/kick/mute reasons must be clearly readable, not with vague explanations.

• It is forbidden to act superior to ordinary players.

• An admin must be respectful to all community members, regardless of what they have done to you.

If any of these rules are to be violated, the corresponding admin shall face disciplinary action.

Privacy Policy

• We use your IP address to adjust your server preferences (only visible to you), such as chat adverts and plugin UI menus, to the language of your IP origin.

• We don't keep a permanent record of your IP address on our servers; we use your IP address information temporarily while you maintain an active connection to the game server.

• We use cookies to enhance your playing experience and save your preferences, including selections in the skin changer, playtime, and rank stats, in our database.

• We keep a record of players' Steam IDs in our database to maintain banned player records, display leaderboards publicly, or save any player preferences based on Steam ID (if you have any concerns regarding this, visit - https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).

• We keep records of information you provide us in the calladmin reports (data is automatically deleted within 30 days).

• We keep records of game logs, such as player actions, chat logs, and admin activity (data is automatically deleted within 30 days).

• Inactive player data is deleted within 30 days of inactivity from our servers.

• We only save your Steam ID, VIP perk duration, and VIP group in our database after you purchase VIP perks. Payments are processed by the third-party app Tebex.io https://www.tebex.io/terms-privacy-policy (data is automatically deleted after the VIP perks expire).

• We might use general ranking stats, such as monthly visitors or daily visitor stats, for marketing purposes.

• Your data is held on a secure server and can't be accessed by anyone else except the System Administrator, who is responsible for keeping your data safe.

Terms of Service (TOS) for In-Game Perk Purchases

INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the purchase and use of VIP memberships, Admin privileges, Virtual Game Money in EUR, and other in-game perks ("Counter-Strike 2 Dedicated Community Server Perks") provided by the TACTICA.GG Community.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By purchasing any of the aforementioned services, you agree to be bound by these TOS.

VIP Memberships / Admin Privileges / Virtual Game Money / In-Game Perks

3.1 The specific features, benefits, and services associated with VIP memberships, Admin privileges, Virtual Game Money in EUR, and other in-game perks are outlined in the respective packages purchased.

3.2 These services are non-transferable and are intended for the purchasing user only.

Payment

4.1 Payment for the services is processed through authorized payment gateways. Visit our Privacy Policy page to find out which gateways we use.

4.2 All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law and exceptions outlined in the refund policy page.

4.3 We reserve the right to change the pricing of services at any time without prior notice.

Term and Termination

5.1 The services are valid for the specified duration outlined in the purchased packages.

5.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without a refund in the event of a violation of these TOS or any applicable laws.

User Conduct

6.1 Users with purchased services are expected to adhere to TACTICA.GG Gaming Community's Code of Conduct.

6.2 Violation of Server/Admin/Privacy Policy/Refund Policy/Additional Rules for Purchases may result in the suspension or termination of purchased services without a refund.

Changes to Services

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the purchased services at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Users do not gain ownership rights to any in-game items, features, or intellectual property associated with the purchased services.

Disclaimer of Warranty

9.1 We provide services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability or functionality of the purchased services.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the purchased services.

Governing Law

11.1 These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Refund Policy

Refund overview

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to VIP memberships, Admin privileges, Virtual Game Money in EUR, and other in-game perks ("Counter-Strike 2 Dedicated Community Server Perks") purchased within TACTICA.GG.

Full Refund within One Day

2.1 Users may request a full refund for any Services within one day (24 hours) of the purchase date.

2.2 Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

Partial Refund within 14 Days

3.1 Users may request a partial refund equivalent to 20% of the purchase value for any Services within 14 days of the purchase date.

3.2 Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

Refund Process

4.1 To initiate a refund, users must provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation for the refund request.

4.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.

Refund Exceptions

5.1 No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the purchase date.

5.2 Refunds will not be issued for services that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service.

Age Requirement

1.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase VIP memberships, Admin privileges, Virtual Game Money in EUR, and other in-game perks ("Counter-Strike 2 Dedicated Community Server Perks") within TACTICA.GG.

1.2 Users under the age of 18 may make purchases only with the explicit approval of a parent or legal guardian.

Abuse of Purchase/Refund Policy

2.1 Any attempt to abuse the purchase or refund policy, including but not limited to fraudulent refund requests, may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

2.2 Users engaging in abusive behavior may be blocked from making future purchases within the Counter-Strike 2 Gaming Community.

Unauthorized Use of Personal Data

3.1 Users are prohibited from using the personal data of others to make purchases of Services.

3.2 If it is discovered that a user has used another person's data without permission, they will not be eligible for refunds, and appropriate actions may be taken, including account suspension.

4.1 In the event of theft or unauthorized access leading to the purchase of Services, users are encouraged to contact us immediately at [email protected].

4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving issues related to theft, including possible refunds, on a case-by-case basis.
