We highly prefer individuals with proficiency in English or Latvian

We are not interested in applications from players who apply for admin roles "after playing for only 4 hours to gain superiority"

Bad reputation may result in application denial.

Specifically seeking mature admins (Age +16).

You should be able to tell, more or less, if a player is using cheats

You should be open to receiving constructive criticism because you might wrongfully ban a player, and receiving feedback is important for improvement.

You should be open-minded and not take every rule literally, allowing players to have fun.
